117 Broad Street, the second half of my "Firehouse Turned Home" series, is very similar (structurally) to Traina's former Pac Heights firehouse. 117 Broad Street is currently on the market, here are some of the facts:
-$3,300,000 and $660 / sqft
-2 beds / 2.5 baths
-Redwood siding
-Included in sale: a museum (?!), all furnihings, and a 1955 Mack Fire Engine (which was possibly borrowed by Traina for one of his pictures of 3022 Washington)
Unfortunately I could not find any pictures of the interior online (makes me wonder...), but I was able to come across these two great pictures of 117 Broad Street pre-restoration:
